(2) wijzigingen, aanpassingen, verbeteringen, verbeteringen, vertalingen of afgeleide werken van de App maken; (3) toepasselijke wetten, regels of voorschriften overtreden in verband met uw toegang tot of gebruik van de App; (4) kennisgevingen met betrekking tot eigendomsrechten (inclusief kennisgevingen met betrekking tot auteursrechten of handelsmerken) die door ons of de licentiegevers van de App zijn geplaatst, verwijderen, wijzigen of onleesbaar maken; (5) de App gebruiken voor het genereren van inkomsten uit de App of voor andere activiteiten die door de App worden uitgevoerd. <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>streven<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>(6) de App beschikbaar maken via een netwerk of andere omgeving die toegang of gebruik door meerdere apparaten of gebruikers tegelijkertijd mogelijk maakt; (7) de App gebruiken voor het maken van een product, dienst of software die direct of indirect concurrerend is met of op enigerlei wijze een vervanging is voor de App; (8) de App gebruiken om geautomatiseerde query's naar een website te sturen of om ongevraagde commerci\u00eble e-mail te versturen; of (9) gebruik maken van bedrijfseigen informatie of een van onze interfaces of onze andere intellectuele eigendommen bij het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, vervaardigen, in licentie geven of distribueren van toepassingen, accessoires of apparaten voor gebruik met de App.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"heading_2\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; (2) wij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het leveren van alle onderhouds- en ondersteuningsdiensten met betrekking tot de App zoals gespecificeerd in de voorwaarden van deze mobiele applicatie <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>licentie<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt> (2) U erkent dat elke App Distributeur geen enkele verplichting heeft om onderhoud en ondersteunende diensten met betrekking tot de App te verlenen, zoals opgenomen in deze Juridische voorwaarden of zoals anderszins vereist onder toepasselijke wetgeving, en u erkent dat elke App Distributeur geen enkele verplichting heeft om onderhoud en ondersteunende diensten met betrekking tot de App te verlenen; (3) in het geval dat de App niet voldoet aan enige toepasselijke garantie, kunt u de toepasselijke App distributeur hiervan op de hoogte stellen en kan de App distributeur, in overeenstemming met zijn voorwaarden en beleid, overgaan tot terugbetaling van de aankoopprijs, indien van toepassing, die is betaald voor de App en, voor zover toegestaan door de toepasselijke wetgeving, zal de App distributeur geen enkele andere garantieverplichting hebben met betrekking tot de App; (4) u verklaart en garandeert dat (i) u zich niet in een land bevindt waarvoor een embargo geldt van de Amerikaanse overheid of dat door de Amerikaanse overheid is aangewezen als een land waarvoor een embargo geldt, of dat door de Amerikaanse overheid is aangewezen als een land waarvoor een embargo geldt, of dat door de Amerikaanse overheid is aangewezen als een land waarvoor een embargo geldt. <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>\"terrorist ondersteunend\"<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt> land en (ii) u niet voorkomt op een lijst van verboden of beperkte partijen van de Amerikaanse overheid; en (6) u erkent en stemt ermee in dat de App Distributeurs derde-begunstigden zijn van de voorwaarden in deze mobiele applicatie <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>licentie<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt> vervat in deze Juridische voorwaarden, en dat elke App Distributeur het recht zal hebben (en geacht zal worden het recht te hebben aanvaard) om de voorwaarden in deze mobiele applicatie af te dwingen <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>licentie<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt> opgenomen in deze Wettelijke voorwaarden tegen u als derde-begunstigde daarvan.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><br><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
